This change of facilities has allowed the integration of various technological solutions that seek to optimize communication and activities of the different departments of the federation, which were previously scattered in different offices, such as the central offices, the Technical Committee of Referees, the Technical Committee of Coaches and the School of Coaches.

From an auditorium and studio, complete with a large-format LED screen, PTZ cameras, and a video mixer for streaming, to interactive meeting rooms with videoconferencing capabilities and a podcast studio, the headquarters on Almassora Street in Valencia has been equipped with the latest AV innovations. Meinsat and Charmex provided consulting and installation services, working together to deliver solutions tailored to the federation's needs.

A versatile space for meetings, training and streaming

During the planning phase, the FFCV (Valencian Football Federation) was looking for a versatile solution that could adapt to different uses, such as board meetings, live broadcasts, and presentations. In response, Meinsat proposed including a Traulux Qfix II LED screen measuring 3.84m x 2.4m, with a 2.5mm pitch and a 3840Hz refresh rate, ideal for permanent indoor installations. This equipment equips the space for whatever is needed: displaying content, presentations, or even as a photo backdrop, where simply adding some stools creates a corporate backdrop with the federation's logos.

The auditorium, designed with wooden tiers arranged in the style of a Greek theater, offers an immersive experience thanks to the Qfix II screen, which adapts very well to the space, occupying the entire available height, providing spaciousness and ensuring excellent visibility for all attendees, both those present and those following the broadcasts on official federation channels.

For live content production and streaming, the federation has incorporated three RGBlink PTZ cameras and a Roland PRO A/V VR-6HD all-in-one video mixer—ideal tools for sharing live events or recording sessions for teams and fans. All of this is equipped with professional Purelink cabling and two complimentary 24-inch Samsung monitors for presenters to view the signal.
Interactive rooms for meetings and training

In addition, four meeting rooms have been equipped: two of them interactive, with Clevertouch Impact LUX monitors (75 and 65 inches) featuring integrated Google Android EDLA, along with Poly Studio USB cameras with autotracking to facilitate videoconferencing. Two Samsung QBC series monitors have also been acquired, one exclusively for meetings and the other equipped with a PTZ camera and a Roland PRO A/V VR-1HD video streaming mixer, configured as a podcasting studio.

Interactive rooms have been key for various functions, such as board meetings, advisory team meetings, referee and coach training sessions, and even videoconferences with affiliated clubs. For example, “after the DANA storm, they were used to coordinate action plans with the affected clubs,” explains Meinsat, the company in charge of advising on and installing the audiovisual equipment.

Training and technological adaptation

From the project's inception, Meinsat and Charmex have provided specific on-site training on equipment use, covering everything from interactive displays to streaming tools. "We've supported them throughout the entire process, offering in-person training on the interactive displays and the streaming system. We also continue to support them during specific broadcast events. Fortunately, the equipment is very intuitive, and over time, users have become more proficient in its use," Meinsat representatives commented.

The new headquarters has been very well received. Users highlight the added value that technology brings, both in improving internal communication and in strengthening the federation's presence on social media. This advancement not only optimizes the FFCV's operations but also reinforces its commitment to football in the Valencian Community, promoting training and the development of the sport in the region.
