Earlier this year, D-ZERO, together with one of its clients, KINEA DECOR SL, decided to take a step forward in its communication strategy and, with advice from IMAGEN SA21, installed a Traulux Qfix LED display. This eye-catching display, measuring 2.56 x 1.44 metres, has become an essential tool used by clients and manufacturers every day, both to promote products and to make communication with clients easier.
The Qfix display is located in the area where D-ZERO built a 450 m2 showroom for KINEA DECOR, a distributor to both private and trade customers of construction and decoration products such as Cosentino, Pamesa Cerámica, Grespania and others. Qfix has become an effective way of showing clients the final results of projects, as well as an internal communication tool within the company. According to D-ZERO’s manager, Javier Sánchez, this addition has had a significant impact on the company’s image.
As the manager puts it, "we have started to promote our suppliers and their products, and to communicate our completed projects". The most important improvement, he stresses, is the ability to strengthen communication with their target audience.
He also explains that they chose this product on the recommendation of IMAGESA21, their trusted technology installer. "They told us about the Traulux brand, which they work with regularly, and about the guarantees and support offered by its supplier, Charmex", he adds.
Qfix displays are a range of LED panels for fixed indoor installation that make it simple to achieve 16:9 aspect ratios by configuring the width and height of the cabinets appropriately. Qfix includes its own wall mount and perimeter protection bars, which removes the need to build a custom structure for the installation. These units feature fully front-access maintenance and come with a two-year warranty.
The display is controlled by a versatile Novastar TB50 controller, a compact but powerful device that can send signals to the LED display in two ways: through an HDMI input or from an internal memory that stores multimedia content. D-ZERO can schedule the content using an intuitive calendar, allowing the user to set the times at which the chosen content is shown.
For his part, the manager of KINEA DECOR explains that, once the decision to implement this solution had been taken, there were no obstacles during installation and commissioning. The integrator took care of everything and, according to the manager, "if we want to make changes to the content, they gave us training that allows us to do it very easily".
In short, the Traulux display has had a positive impact on the image of D-ZERO and its client KINEA DECOR, significantly improving the company’s communication. According to the manager, they are very satisfied with this technology, which has exceeded all their expectations and fully met their needs.
