Charmex technical service

Our technical service in Spain has its own warehouse and in-house technicians, highly specialised in repairing LED solutions and in continuous training. This allows us to offer agile, close support with the highest guarantee of quality and speed.

We also keep spare parts in stock throughout the warranty period of the displays we supply, ensuring a fast and effective response to any incident.

Traulux interactive monitors

Our interactive monitors come with a warranty of between 3 and 5 years, depending on the model, with on-site service in Spain and Portugal.

If a fault covered by the warranty occurs, we take care of the work needed so you can get back to using your equipment as normal. The cover also includes reinstalling the monitor, so you do not have to worry about that step.
