The move has allowed the integration of a range of technology solutions designed to optimise communication and the activities of the federation’s various departments, which were previously spread across different offices, such as the head office, the Comité Tècnic d’Àrbitres, the Comité Tècnic d’Entrenadors and l’Escola d’Entrenadors.
From an auditorium and studio with a large-format LED display, PTZ cameras and a video switcher for streaming, to interactive meeting rooms with video conferencing and a podcast room, the headquarters on calle d'Almassora in the city of Valencia has been fitted out with the latest AV innovations. Advice on and installation of this equipment came from Meinsat and Charmex, who worked together to offer solutions tailored to the federation’s needs.
A versatile space for meetings, training and streaming
During the planning phase, the FFCV was looking for a multipurpose solution that could adapt to different uses, such as board meetings, live broadcasts and presentations. In response, Meinsat proposed a 3.84 m x 2.4 m Traulux Qfix II LED display, with 2.5 pitch and a 3840 Hz refresh rate, ideal for fixed indoor installations. This equipment makes the space ready for whatever is needed: viewing content, presentations or even a photocall, where a few stools are all it takes to have a corporate backdrop with the federation’s logos.
The auditorium, designed with wooden tiered seating laid out like a Greek theatre, offers an immersive experience thanks to the Qfix II display, which fits the space very well, taking up the full available height, providing a sense of space and ensuring excellent visibility for everyone, both those present and those following the broadcasts on the federation’s official channels.
For producing and broadcasting live content, the federation has added three RGBlink PTZ cameras and a Roland PRO A/V VR-6HD all-in-one video switcher, ideal tools for sharing live events or recording sessions aimed at teams and fans. All with professional Purelink cabling and two 24-inch Samsung confidence monitors so speakers can see the feed.

Interactive rooms for meetings and training
Four meeting rooms have also been fitted out: two of them interactive, equipped with 75- and 65-inch Clevertouch Impact LUX monitors with integrated Android Google EDLA, together with Poly Studio USB cameras with auto-tracking to make video conferencing easy. Two Samsung QBC series monitors have also been purchased, one used exclusively for meetings and the other equipped with a PTZ camera and a Roland PRO A/V VR-1HD video streaming switcher, set up as a podcast room.
The interactive rooms have been key for a range of functions, such as board meetings and advisory team meetings, as well as referee and coach training and even video conferences with affiliated clubs. For example, “after the DANA storm, they were used to coordinate action plans with the affected clubs,” explains Meinsat, the company in charge of advising on and installing the audiovisual equipment.
Training and technological adaptation
From the start of the project, Meinsat and Charmex have provided specific on-site training on the use of the equipment, from the interactive monitors to the streaming tools. "We have been with them throughout the process, offering face-to-face training on the interactive monitors and the streaming system. We also continue to support them at one-off broadcast events. Fortunately, the equipment is very intuitive and, over time, users have become more independent in using it," says Meinsat.
The new headquarters has been very well received. Users highlight the added value the technology brings, both in improving internal communication and in strengthening the federation’s presence on social media. This step forward not only optimises the FFCV’s operations but also reinforces its commitment to football in the Valencian Community, driving training and the development of the sport in the region.
