Open since 1940 in Barcelona, Salesianos de Horta today covers four stages of education: early years, primary, secondary and baccalaureate. As part of its educational innovation process, it fitted out its classrooms with more than 20 86” Traulux interactive monitors, a Poly Studio USB video conferencing bar and a compact Chromebox mini computer. The equipment was supplied by Charmex and its technology partner Vistalegre Solutions.
"Our education community was very clear that an institution like the Salesians had to be properly equipped to face the new challenges. That is why we decided to invest in video conferencing equipment and interactive monitors,” the school explains.
And they add: “all these tools bring us closer to our pupils, allowing us to maintain a close relationship whatever the circumstances and so adapt the dream of our founder, Saint John Bosco, to the 21st century”.
