“Simply better” is the slogan of Traulux interactive monitors, where ease of use and the added value of after-sales support are among the core values. And it is precisely the concept that inspired the design of the new models: Traulux Performance. That is why the experience is entirely user-centred and includes, among other things, a floating icon and side shortcuts to the most frequently used functions. Procedures have also been simplified as far as possible.
Built-in Android
Available in three sizes (65, 76 and 86 inches), the image quality of the monitors in the Performance series (TX65P, TX75P, TX86P) matches that of the highest-end displays thanks to the use of ‘zero bonding’ glass and grade A LCD. In addition, their IR touch technology achieves a response time of under 5 ms and an accuracy of under 1 mm. They run Android 13 and can display every application in 4K quality. With touch capability, the screen can also be split into up to four separate work areas, one of them showing an external source (picture in picture).
Traulux offers the option of installing an OPS module in two versions: Google EDLA or Windows. For Google Workspace users, the OPS – Google EDLA gives secure access to every application on the Play Store with Google certification. For Windows users, the OPS Windows 11 is available with an i7 or i5 processor, turning the monitors into a PC with the full Microsoft environment.
Among the available accessories, the TLES06T-C USB-C Dongle also stands out, ideal for sharing video, audio and touch interaction over a Wi-Fi connection. It works through the Plug and Play USB-C port, which creates a direct link with the monitor. There is no additional software to install or run, and it is compatible with Windows and macOS.
How to get the most out of it?
Aware of how important a proper, guided roll-out is, Charmex has launched a series of online classes with its official trainer to show how Traulux Performance monitors work and answer users' questions. On top of this comes the personalised training of 2 hours for every monitor purchased, which can be delivered by video conference or in person depending on the area. The distributor's service is rounded off with telephone support from technical specialists, who not only resolve warranty incidents —5 years with reinstallation included for Spain and Portugal— but also answer users' questions.
