Traulux rounds out its LED catalogue with new displays for fixed installations

With the new Qfix and J-Fix models, the Traulux brand aims to keep optimising projects from start to finish, with an R&D team, product specialists and after-sales technical service: the Traulux added value, backed by Charmex. That is why all the panels come with a two-year warranty. 
 

With that premise, Traulux, born out of more than 30 years' experience of the wholesaler Charmex as a specialist in the audiovisual sector, has a team committed to supporting and advising the channel, involved throughout the demonstration and commissioning of its solutions.
 

The new Qfix series, for indoor use, is available in 1.86mm and 2.5mm pixel pitch, with a cabinet size of 640x480x60mm.
 

This new product, developed to simplify assembly during indoor installation,  comes with its own wall mount, so there is no need to build a bespoke structure to install it.
 

With a refresh rate of 3840 Hz, these new LED displays can be used in broadcast recording, streaming and advertising environments. And they are ideal for any kind of application, from retail to corporate.
 

Qfix panels deliver high-contrast HD images, together with high-quality ICs with a high level of greyscale, guaranteeing vivid on-screen colours.
 

One of the standout qualities of this new Traulux series is that maintenance is entirely from the front, saving space at the rear of the installation site and allowing mounting directly to the wall.
 

The 4:3 cabinet format makes it easy to achieve 16:9 aspect ratios using the right configuration of cabinets across by cabinets high.
 

It also allows exact aspect ratios of 32:9, 9:16, 4:3, 1:1 and so on, and includes a modular mounting system with bars for wall installation.
 

The CNC-machined aluminium alloy Qfix cabinets ensure high-precision alignment. 

This range comes with a suction-based module extraction tool, which simplifies assembly and saves time when installing the LED display.
 

In addition, Qfix displays have been designed under a strict raw material selection standard to guarantee high sealing performance, stable product quality and a longer service life.

The cabinet has been developed and manufactured in non-deformable aluminium and contributes to proper heat dissipation and long-lasting operation. The positioning guide design of the rear cover makes for quick, precise installation.
 

Qfix has EMC certification and RoHS certification, which guarantees the restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. They are ECO, sustainable, lead-free devices.
 

Traulux has developed these displays under strict quality controls, such as ageing tests and moisture, temperature and vibration checks.
 

To meet the needs of shop windows, monoliths and outdoor digital signage, J-Fix panels are designed with a 3.9mm pixel pitch and offer a brightness of 5000 nits. 
 

J-Fix is an outdoor LED model made entirely of aluminium alloy, both the cabinet and the modules. This improves performance and helps the module dissipate heat better, preventing the electronic components from being exposed to high temperatures.
 

Thanks to its Novastar A5s+ receiving card, which allows very precise control of brightness and contrast, J-Fix meets the demands of outdoor spaces that call for a high-brightness LED.
 

Precise brightness adjustment allows it to reach 3500 nits with hardly any loss of image contrast, an option that brings benefits for installation in shop windows, sports halls, hotel receptions and shopping centres, among others.
 

J-Fix displays are available in 50x50 and 50x100 formats, with a light weight of 34kg/m2 and a depth of 80 millimetres. They also support high refresh rates for broadcast or sports applications where good on-camera display is required.
 

J-Fix allows creative displays to be built, as it has a special 90º curved cabinet, ideal for creating spectacular displays for advertising solutions that need to wrap around a corner.
