The IT solutions provider Zucchetti Spain has decided to upgrade the technology in its offices at the Solmicro headquarters in Bizkaia, Grupo i68 in Donosti and IDS in Ermua, with complete audiovisual solutions. For this project, in which three meeting rooms and the managing director's office were equipped, it relied on the distributor Dinof as provider of tailor-made solutions and Charmex as value-added wholesaler.
The Zucchetti Group is one of Italy's most important IT companies, with more than 6,000 employees, a national distribution network of more than 1,150 partners in Italy, 350 worldwide, and more than 400,000 customers.
Its journey in the Spanish market began in 2016 with the acquisition of Solmicro. Then, in 2018, after acquiring IDS and Grupo i68, the Italian firm added annual business of 14 million, with 200 employees and more than 2,000 customers.
The three meeting rooms are used for internal and customer training as well as corporate visits. Each was equipped with a Vivitek Novotouch 65” 4K interactive monitor, together with a 4K i5 PC, a Poly Studio video conferencing system with auto-track, also in 4K resolution, and an SMS wheeled floor stand for the monitor that lets the solution be moved according to the needs of each meeting or training session.
The Novotouch monitor series turns a meeting or conference room into a truly collaborative experience. Poly Studio works with most collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Cisco Webex and more, making it easy to deploy and use with almost any kind of video conference.

And for running courses on its ERP management software for customers and authorised distributors, the Zucchetti group has purchased four Samsung UD55E-B videowall monitors that show images in true 4K, with advanced colour calibration and a seamless ultra-thin bezel design.
One room was also fitted with an 82" Samsung QE82N large-format monitor, used mainly for internal meetings and video conferences.
QEN series monitors ensure that the information presented is clear and easy to see thanks to their UHD image quality and large size. This Samsung series is also an affordable solution with 300-nit brightness and 16/7 operation, meeting the heavy demands of many businesses.
“With these new technologies, which we have brought into our daily routine, we have increased productivity. We also save on travel, as we avoid trips to outside meetings when they are not essential”, says Zucchetti Spain.
During this project, the office of Zucchetti Spain's Managing Director, Justino Martínez, was also equipped with a 55” Traulux TLM interactive monitor, accompanied by its i5 PC and a fixed wall mount for monitors of up to 75 " and VESA 800x400 mm.
As for the users, Zucchetti's managers and sales staff, who regularly have access to these technologies, are happy with the new equipment and have had no difficulty adopting it in their work, thanks to how easy and intuitive it is to use.
