TRAULUX UFIX COB indoor LED display for professional fixed installations

The TRAULUX UFIX COB is an LED display for fixed indoor installations featuring Full Flip-Chip COB technology, 600 nits brightness and a matte finish. Its three pixel pitch options, native 16:9 aspect ratio and ultra-slim 39 mm design allow large-format displays to be configured for meeting rooms, auditoriums, retail, education, hospitality and control rooms.

Available models: UFIX COB P0.9375, P1.25 and P1.5625.

The UFIX COB series combines impact protection, black uniformity and a continuous viewing surface. Its modular construction allows the display size and resolution to be adapted to each project, while removable modules simplify maintenance.

Full Flip-Chip COB technology: image quality and protection

Full Flip-Chip COB technology combines LED chip encapsulation on the panel with a construction designed to protect the chips against external impacts.

This solution is suitable for professional indoor installations requiring a high-definition display with a protected surface, particularly in close-viewing environments.

Matte finish and uniform image

The UFIX COB features a matte finish and stands out for its flat surface and consistent black appearance, providing a uniform look even when the display is switched off.

Its 600 nits brightness and 16-bit grayscale enable detailed reproduction of presentations, audiovisual content and digital signage. 170° horizontal and vertical viewing angles support viewing from different positions within the room.

The P0.9375 and P1.5625 models offer a contrast ratio of 20,000:1. For the P1.25 model, the technical datasheet specifies a contrast ratio of ≤ 20,000:1.

Three pixel pitch options and a 3,840 Hz refresh rate

The TRAULUX UFIX COB is available in three versions to match image definition to the requirements of each installation:

• P0.9375: 0.9375 mm pixel pitch and a resolution of 640 × 360 pixels per cabinet.
• P1.25: 1.25 mm pixel pitch and a resolution of 480 × 270 pixels per cabinet.
• P1.5625: 1.5625 mm pixel pitch and a resolution of 384 × 216 pixels per cabinet.

All models offer a 3,840 Hz refresh rate and support frame rates of 60 and 120 Hz.

The total display resolution depends on the selected model and the number of installed cabinets, allowing the viewing surface to be adapted to the content and available space.

Native 16:9 aspect ratio and ultra-slim 39 mm design

The cabinets measure 600 × 337.5 × 39 mm, have a native 16:9 aspect ratio and weigh 4.6 kg each. Their compact design simplifies integration into fixed indoor installations.

The proportions of each cabinet allow 16:9 displays to be built using the same number of units horizontally and vertically. For example, the following configurations provide a Full HD resolution of 1,920 × 1,080 pixels:

• P0.9375: 3 × 3 cabinets, with display dimensions of 1.80 × 1.0125 m.
• P1.25: 4 × 4 cabinets, with display dimensions of 2.40 × 1.35 m.
• P1.5625: 5 × 5 cabinets, with display dimensions of 3 × 1.6875 m.

The modular design of the series also allows displays with 4K UHD and 8K UHD resolutions to be configured by adjusting the number of cabinets to the required format.

Each cabinet comprises eight removable modules, which can be removed and fitted using the appropriate tools to facilitate maintenance.

This construction allows individual modules to be serviced, simplifying replacement and helping to reduce maintenance time in professional installations.

Flip-chip COB technology supports energy efficiency and helps keep the surface cool to the touch during operation.
