TRAULUX JFIX-K high-brightness outdoor LED display with maximum durability

The TRAULUX JFIX-K is a professional fixed outdoor LED display combining 7,000 nits brightness, IP66 protection, IK10 impact resistance and front and rear maintenance. It is a robust, energy-efficient and easy-to-maintain solution designed to ensure maximum visibility and operational continuity in professional communication projects.

Available in 2.9 and 3.9 mm pixel pitches, with 500 × 500 mm, 500 × 750 mm and 500 × 1,000 mm cabinets.

The TRAULUX JFIX-K series is particularly suitable for digital advertising, street furniture, retail, building façades, sports facilities, public spaces and corporate projects. Its high brightness ensures excellent content visibility even in direct sunlight.

Its die-cast aluminium construction, ultra-slim 68 mm design and access to components from both the front and rear facilitate architectural integration and simplify maintenance operations.

7,000 nits for excellent visibility in broad daylight

The TRAULUX JFIX-K reaches a brightness of 7,000 nits, delivering bright, sharp and perfectly legible content in outdoor installations exposed to high levels of ambient light or direct sunlight.

Its ≥10,000:1 contrast ratio and 18+ bit greyscale enable images to be displayed with excellent depth, smooth transitions and a high level of detail.

The wide 140° horizontal and 120° vertical viewing angle ensures that content can be seen clearly from different positions. This is particularly important for façades, public roads and spaces with pedestrian or vehicle traffic.

3,840 Hz refresh rate

The 3,840 Hz refresh rate delivers smooth, stable images without perceptible flicker.

This high refresh rate improves the visual quality of moving content and makes it possible to film or photograph the display with cameras and mobile devices while reducing scan lines, banding and other unwanted effects.

IP66 protection and IK10 impact resistance for outdoor installations

The TRAULUX JFIX-K series features an IP66 protection rating, protecting the display against the ingress of dust and water.

Its IK10 impact resistance provides additional protection against impacts, reinforcing the reliability of the system in public spaces and exposed environments.

The display can operate within a temperature range of −30°C to +50°C, allowing it to be used in demanding environmental conditions while maintaining stable performance throughout the year.

Die-cast aluminium cabinets

The cabinets are manufactured from die-cast aluminium, a material that combines structural strength, stability and efficient heat dissipation.

This construction helps maintain consistent performance during continuous operation and provides greater precision when assembling large-format LED displays.

The LED modules measure 250 × 250 mm in both the 2.9 and 3.9 mm pixel pitch versions.

Ultra-slim design for seamless architectural integration

With a depth of only 68 mm, the TRAULUX JFIX-K features a compact design that facilitates installation on façades and structures where space is limited.

It is available in three cabinet formats —500 × 500 mm, 500 × 750 mm and 500 × 1,000 mm— which can be combined to adapt the display to the dimensions and proportions of each project.

This modularity makes it possible to develop customised solutions while maintaining a uniform appearance and a robust structure.

Front and rear maintenance

The TRAULUX JFIX-K allows maintenance to be carried out from both the front and rear of the display.

Access from either side facilitates the replacement of modules and components, reduces servicing times and enables the maintenance approach to be adapted to the specific requirements of each installation.

This flexibility is particularly useful in projects where rear access is limited or where downtime must be kept to a minimum.

This redundancy provides an additional level of security for installations where continuous communication is particularly important.

Up to 50% lower energy consumption

The JFIX-K series incorporates an advanced energy management system that can reduce consumption by up to 50% compared with conventional outdoor LED solutions, while maintaining the brightness and visual impact required for outdoor communication.

Average power consumption is:

• 173 W/m² for models with a 2.9 mm pixel pitch.
• 180 W/m² for models with a 3.9 mm pixel pitch.

When the display is not showing content and its brightness is set to zero, power consumption is reduced to only 2 W per cabinet. This function lowers energy consumption during periods of inactivity without completely disconnecting the installation.
